Starr Partners supports a strong programme of staff recognition. Our annual awards evening, a formal occasion set aside to salute the achievements of our highly motivated real estate professionals, have become almost legendary.
During the year sales staff are kept abreast of sales figures so that they may monitor their own standing. Figures representing sales for the first nine months are tallied – with the final months remaining undisclosed – building excitement which culminates in our gala awards evening. On the night every sphere of business activity sees meritorious work in its field publicly honoured.
Over the years Starr Partners Offices have won a number of awards for providing Outstanding Real Estate Service to the community.
Being recognized by our local community as the best only goes to strengthen our resolve, to, continue to provide outstanding levels of customer service to our clients and community in general. At the 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2008 Macarthur Small Business Awards Starr Partners Narellan/ Mt Annan was voted the OUTSTANDING REAL ESTATE AGENCY by both our customers and by an independent judging panel. In 1999 and 2008 they also won the Overall Business Of The Year.
