Aram joined us in March 2022 as an Inspections Consultant, spending most days back to back showing properties to prospective tenants and helping people find their next home. That high-volume front-line experience sharpened his customer service, time management and attention to detail.

He progressed to an Associate Portfolio Manager role supporting a team of Senior Investment Specialists. Aram handled field operations including routine inspections, ingoing and outgoing processes, and liaising with trades to ensure properties were properly maintained. He also provided maternity cover on a large portfolio, which strengthened his landlord communication skills and gave him full portfolio management exposure.

Humble and eager to grow, Aram has chosen to be in an Associate Property Manager role so he can refine his skills before managing his own investment portfolio. He supports Senior PMs to keep landlords’ investments sound and tenants’ homes well maintained, communicates clearly, and follows through.

In 2025 Aram received the inaugural Values Ambassador award across our Property Management team for his consistent and enduring commitment to Ethics, Respect, Learning, Innovation, Teamwork, Leadership, Family and First Class.

Despite all of Aram's experience and accolades, Aram humbly volunteers to continue learning in his present role, so that he can continue to perfect his skills & someday manage his own investment portfolio with the absolute best experience & knowledge to assist his landlord with their investments.
