Highly respected in the community, Tom is actively involved in supporting and sponsoring a number of local sporting and community organisations, including junior rugby league clubs and little athletics associations. His long-standing commitment to community service is also reflected in his involvement with charitable initiatives, most notably the Annual Christmas Trolley Drive, which he has proudly supported for over 16 years, helping to provide meals to hundreds of thousands of people in need.

A licensed auctioneer, Tom regularly contributes his time to charity auctions and fundraising events for a variety of local organisations. His dedication to both real estate and community service has been widely recognised, including being named Fairfield Citizen of the Year in 2021.
